I purchased this a few days ago. For the minimal cost, I thought the value was excellent. The 100 page PDF is very thorough and well written. I especially liked the personal inspiring message of achievement that it includes that is very motivating.

I would have to say that it would definitely be worthwhile to dedicate half a day or a full day to sit down and read through the entire PDF a few times. It is newbie friendly and also a good reminder for an intermediate internet marketer.
